This course is ideal to acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for the development of a model of tissue regeneration on the zebrafish model.

Goals:

Design a zebrafish model for the study of the mechanisms involved in the regeneration of target tissues: follow-up of inflammation, regeneration and healing stages.

Location: Montpellier

Program

Presentation of existing inflammation patterns on zebrafish

Identification of regenerative processes involved in tissue healing

Mounting of embryos for in vivo embryo monitoring

Imaging in 2D, 3D and 4D

Image processing and analysis

 

Prerequisites:

To have basic notions about the zebrafish embryo

 

Audience: Researchers, veterinaries, engineers, technicians, PhD students and post-docs

 

Number of participants: 8 to 10 learners
