Program 

Zebrafish infectiology: interest and limitation of existing viral models.

Microinjections of viral pathogen into zebrafish larvae

Sample mounting for microscopic observation

Acquisition of dynamic images (4D)

Image processing.

 

Prerequisites: Basic notions about zebrafish embryo, infectiology, immunology

 

Audience: Researchers, veterinaries, engineers, technicians, PhD students and post-docs
